Our Physicians

Douglas Fulk, MD

Cedar Court Imaging (CCI) is owned and operated by Douglas Fulk, MD. Dr. Fulk was American Board of Radiology (ABR) certified in 1997 and has both hospital and outpatient clinical experience as a diagnostic and interventional radiologist. He graduated from Saint Louis University Medical School after completing his undergraduate studies at Southern Illinois University.  Dr. Fulk completed his Radiology residency at Illinois Masonic Hospital in Chicago before returning to Southern Illinois to practice.

Daniel Fulk, DO

Dr. Dan Fulk joined Cedar Court Imaging in 2011 and is certified by the American Board of Radiology (ABR). Dr. Fulk completed seven years of missionary work before beginning his undergraduate studies at University of Alabama.  After graduating from Kansas City University Medical School, he joined the Navy where he received additional training as a flight surgeon.  Dr. Fulk completed his radiology residency at the University of Massachusetts.

Both Dr. Doug Fulk and Dr. Dan Fulk are originally from Du Quoin where their father, Bill Fulk, MD, practiced family medicine for many years.

Our Services

Southern Illinoisans now have a new option for their outpatient medical imaging needs. Cedar Court Imaging (CCI) is an independent freestanding diagnostic center in Carbondale which offers patients a full range of medical imaging services in a convenient, comfortable and friendly environment. Our center which opened in March 2004, offers high-field Open MRI, Multi-Slice CT scanning, 4D Ultrasound, General X-ray, Fluoroscopic procedures and Bone Mineral Density assessments, as well as general laboratory services. CCI is also a fully “filmless” center with all images stored in digital format for easy viewing and retrieval of archived images.
